Who looks after your information

Livi & Co Photography is responsible for the personal information you share through this website, the booking pages, your client portal, galleries and forms. For questions or requests, email abbeysykes1@gmail.com.

What we collect

What you send us: your name, email, phone number and messages; session details like dates and locations; form answers and signed contracts; and payments. In a gallery, we see which photos you open, favorite and download.

How we use it

To reply to you, book and run your session, deliver your photos, and keep our business records. If you sign up for our emails, to send them, and every one has a link to stop them. We never sell your information.

Who helps us

This website, booking, your portal and galleries run on Apture (Apture Labs LLC), which stores and handles your information for us, only on our instructions. Online payments are handled by Stripe, so we never see your full card number. The services Apture uses are listed in its privacy policy: https://studio.aptureapp.com/legal/privacy.

Cookies and visits

This site only uses the cookies it needs to work, like remembering that you've opened your gallery or portal. Visits are counted without cookies and without keeping your IP address.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it for your session and our records (tax rules can require some records for several years). After that it's deleted. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we have about you, get a copy, correct it, or have it deleted. To ask, email abbeysykes1@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
